I didn't actually visit the Prison in Leeds. but I tried for hours to get through on the telephone line, unsucsessfully for hours, but the response from the Doncaster prison was instant, I thanked God that my friend was actually in Doncaster and not Leeds, As I write this I wait for them to answer the telephone in Leeds. It is not likely tonight so I'm giving up since trying from 4.30 pm to almost 10.00 pm.

A clearer portal for information is needed but otherwise the staff attitude made up for this.
