( WHY NOT ) THIS SORT OF BEHAVIOR IS A VERY SERIOUS HEALTH RISK TO ALL INMATES, AND IF A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION, AND EXPLANATION TO ME CARRIED OUT, I AM CONVINCED A SERIOUS HEALTH EPIDEMIC WOULD RUN ALL THE WAY THROUGH

it was disgusting and dirty missed half the visit cos they take so long taking you up to the prison
