I liked it that the kids seem to be well treated. It stopped me worrying so much.

Be good if the extended family visit was every week instead of only every week. The family and visitors centre gave me some useful advice.

staff were really helpful this time. but had to wait for ages before i could go in.

awful. why is the security check always so horrible?

took me ages to get there and then got told that times had changed. why does this always happen?
