HMP/YOI MOORLAND CLOSED

The processing of visitors is poor this greatly affects the amount of time that you will get. Overall the system is dehumanising and traumatising and could be improved. The visiting are is dirty and quite unsuitable for small children. The attitude by staff towards visitors is often cold and rude with good manners and reasonable behaviour a rarity.

It gets worse every time I visit. I feel that I am the criminal when I go to visit. My view is the Cat which I believe is C, is more like a Cat A or B
