Took me 4 days to get thru and book an appointment, only visiting times are 9 on wednesday. how do they think that i'll be able to go?

tried calling up to book an appointment. why does no-one ever pick up?

didn't know where to go, getting there was a nightmare, the screws were well aggressive. sort it out!

there was a great reception area for the kids. why don't they have this everywhere else?
