its very hard to actually get through on the phone to make appointments.i found most of the staff pleasant.it could do with a makeover things are very out dated.i did notice that some female staff were shall we say tired and not to happy that they had to work that day.directions were clear enough to get to.on a bad note when visiting some of the staff were chatting together but kept pointing and looking over to myself and the person i came to see so that was very uncomffortable to say the least.

haven`t really had any major bad experiences , and i have been visiting for over a year now , most screws are friendly and helpful . The women screws are a bit moody.

Took me 4 days to get thru and book an appointment, only visiting times are 9 on wednesday. how do they think that i'll be able to go?
